"K" has stated an excellent point; the pecuniary quandary facing our society if we try to maximize assistance for as many Victims as possible.She wrote:
“My main concern is what happens after a courageous child comes forth. There does not seem to be enough social workers, etc., who can adequately support, protect and provide for these abused children. I would like to know there is a healthy environment or place for these children to turn and sustain them.”
